WHO are we?

Before introducing you to Pastors Wayne and Phydencia, we have to introduce you to the people whom they serve. Without them there would not be a Jubilee Celebration Centre.

The partners of Jubilee are some of the most committed, dedicated, and warm hearted people on EARTH! Through their unwavering support, the ministry is able to impact and challenge lives around the world and at home. We have added a section to our regular services called Fellowship. This is where we meet after services to chit-chat, laugh and catch up on life. This may sound simple but this has proven to be so fruitful that we often have to remind people they have homes to go to! The love, hugs and stories will cause you to linger and indulge.

Who are Pastors Wayne and Phydencia Heyliger? Well, individually they started as just average ordinary people of the world. They grew up with the basic essentials of life in single parent homes and all the other stuff that comes with that territory.

They both have big hearts which caused them to chase after big things but they ended up BROKE, IN DEBT, REJECTED, DIVORCED AND SINGLE PARENTS. They were beyond your average mess-up. Or so it seemed. And then came God’s grace.

Under the skillful hands of Apostle Allan and Prophetess Debbie Isaac, God brought structure and stability to their lives and at the appointed time released them to serve the nations.

Today they are happily married. Pastor Wayne is a Safe and Vault Technician, an Electronic Security Technician and a Jeweler. Pastor Phydencia is an Assistant Manager of a prominent bank in Nevis but most importantly, they are your humble Servant Leaders with lots of love for people.

God took Apostle Dr. Allan and Prophetess Debbie Isaac and their ministry (Rivers) on an exciting journey from a family gathering in their living room, and then they moved the meetings to the garage of their home, and then into three rented properties (the process they traveled to over twenty three different nations communicating the Gospel). Thirteen years later they are stronger than EVER AND STILL PROGRESSING.

To date, we have grown to over 350 members. They have established Bible Schools in St. Martin, England and Nevis. They have also launched churches in London (Rivers London) and Nevis (Jubilee). All from a living room and a family of seven!
